Mascarpone Pizza...

We all have our favorite homemade pizza recipe.  A certain crust.  A certain sauce.  Want to try something new?  Prepare your favorite crust and spread with a  mixture of mascarpone and ricotta on the base — then top with your tomato sauce.  Sprinkle with mozzerella, parsley, and onion.  Season lightly with salt and pepper.  Bake pizza then top with a mixture of more mascarpone, cream, and lemon zest.  Top it off with smoked salmon, chives, watercress, olive oil, and capers.  Sorry, I rarely measure.
