Showroom Coordinator
A part-time position (24-32 hours weekly) for an enthusiastic and focused individual to act as Showroom Coordinator and function as the main contact person for our 109 Walton Avenue location. The coordinator will liaise between customers and the Showroom Directors/Owners -- while maintaining shop displays, conducting sales activities, and cultivating Finderskeepers Market's social media presence.
The candidate should have a sales-like savvy and personable demeanor while performing daily duties. At the core of this position, is the talent to develop strong relationships with Finderskeepers Market's clients and, through exemplary service, maximize sales. Also extremely important is an eye for meticulous details and the ability to maintain high standards in the art of retail display and presentation.
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Fielding all calls and providing timely answers related to pricing, custom quotes, order status, product availability and general product details. The Showroom Director will be available to provide support, but this role should be primarily self-sufficient.
Ideally, the candidate should have knowledge of the home/interiors/design industry. Communication skills are key and Quickbooks is a plus.
Finderskeepers Market is built around a tight-knit team. We are looking to expand this team in January 2014 with this new position --and wish to find the right person who will enjoy the opportunity to grow into a long term fixture within the company. If we discover the right person, training and the proposed schedule could begin before the new year.
