Original and very beautiful ! Last Christmas, we visited a castle in the southern Netherlands. It was recently renovated. The dining room was beautifully decorated. I could not immediately determine how the walls had been treated. From a distance it looked like old patina. As I got closer I saw to my amazement that they had papered the walls with a gold-like wallpaper. The radiation was like authentic patina. That made the room looks so charming!
Who is the maker of the grasscloth? This is so perfect - I love the oversized paperclip and curvy lamp. The mix of textures here is spectacular including the shiny coat on dog in picture! Just perfect.
For those wondering about the wallpaper, it's not metallic grasscloth. It's actually liquid metal made by Crezana. http://www.crezana.com/liquidmetallics.html
I like !!!! :D
