I am so there! Just trying to find the aesthetic in the simple...It has to be very deliberate, though, and isn't always as easy as it looks. Your postings have been great and I have been especially enjoying them, lately. Thanks for the hard work! Merry Low-Key Christmas!
It's interesting how seeing something in a fashion magazine can, in a socially warped way, psychologically tell you it's 'ok' to do something as in "oh, now i can have a low-key Christmas and it will be ok, fashionable even! ;) Thanks for the post.
Lovely...I finally succumbed to a faux tree this year but I love to keep little baby pine trees in small pots around the house so I still have the scent. And then I can do tiny little ornaments in various themes and color schemes.
Tuesday - Saturday, 11 - 5 (call if you'd like for us to stay later)
Closed Sunday and Monday
"James Snowden is an interior decorator, shopkeeper and, as he styles himself, 'blog curator’ based in Kentucky... He’s a blogger of few words but many beautiful pictures of things that have caught his eye - furniture and curios that are gently distressed, and interiors of an almost ethereal stillness. It is all seductively soulful and makes you want to hop on a plane to visit his shop with a fistful of dollars." -- Gareth Wyn Davies, The Telegraph
