Hi! My name is Ana, and I´m from Buenos Aires. I´ve been following your posts since august, and wanted to say that they are amazing. I love decor, and everything you post is inspiring. Here in BA decor is a bit standarized, and I love looking for fresh air ^^. oh! and my boyfriend and I are starting a new project, and I wanted to leave the blog abress (I´d be grateful if you take a look, and leave a comment if you want -any recommendations?) We recycle old furniture. Here it is: www.elbuhoyelmercader.blogspot.com I´ll visit you soon again, as always.
I have one still attached to an old footlocker of really distressed creamy velum that I got for a dollar at a yard sale years ago--never had the heart to get rid of it until we threw out a 24 x 24 sq.ft. ocean of orange 70's shag in the bedroom and put down a lovely neutral carpet--I put fat short black legs on it and use it as a coffee table in front of the loveseat. The cloth tag with handwritten address and initials still hangs from the leather handles. Love the labels pictured so I will be watching!! Thanks for the inspiration.
Tuesday - Saturday, 11 - 5 (call if you'd like for us to stay later)
Closed Sunday and Monday
"James Snowden is an interior decorator, shopkeeper and, as he styles himself, 'blog curator’ based in Kentucky... He’s a blogger of few words but many beautiful pictures of things that have caught his eye - furniture and curios that are gently distressed, and interiors of an almost ethereal stillness. It is all seductively soulful and makes you want to hop on a plane to visit his shop with a fistful of dollars." -- Gareth Wyn Davies, The Telegraph
