Ve...My favorite interiors are always high contrast. Very dramatic,classy. But, when doing homes for others, I find most people prefer a softer,analogous look. I find that bland and boring. When I sold flooring, I NEVER sold a dark wood floor - everyone wanted a medium wood or even the lighter...which to me was always a drag.
